I never understood the power of the sound bath and then I was exposed to little bits and taste of it in some of my yoga classes. Eventually I got out of my comfort zone and attended an actual session held at the yoga studio. I can only describe it as a massage and beyond and on my first experience, I left the studio feeling light and giddy. I encourage people to try it out, especially as the pressures of life become heavier.
